Terms of Service

1. Services Swoop A Doo agrees to provide pet waste removal services to the Customer as described in the service agreement or confirmation. Swoop A Doo is responsible for picking up and removing dog waste from the agreed-upon service areas. Swoop A Doo is not responsible for cleaning or maintaining the Customer’s yard or property to gain access to the dog waste. Swoop A Doo is responsible for cleaning the areas as described in the sign-up form and any other areas communicated by the customer within our capabilities. Swoop A Doo shall have safe access to the areas being serviced. The service areas must be free of obstructions, and Swoop A Doo reserves the right to not service any area that is obstructed. Swoop A Doo will notify the Customer of any obstructions or other issues that prevented the service technician from servicing one or more areas.

2. Service Schedule Regular cleaning services will be provided on the schedule agreed upon with the Customer. Any changes to the regular service schedule must be communicated to Swoop A Doo by the Customer. Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard as soon as possible. If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service.

3. Pricing and Payment Initial Cleaning Service: The Customer must confirm the initial service to begin the service. The charge for the initial cleaning service will be prorated based on the number of cleanings provided in the first month. The Customer will be informed of the total charge for the initial cleaning service prior to the service being rendered. Payment for the initial cleaning service is due on the day of the initial service, after the Customer has received written notification (via text and/or email). Ongoing Services: Ongoing services are prepaid. The Customer will be charged Monthly for ongoing cleaning services. The regular billing cycle begins on the 1st of the month. Payment is due on the 1st of the month. Payment Method: The Customer must provide Swoop A Doo with a valid debit or credit card, which must be kept on file. The Customer authorizes Swoop A Doo to charge the debit or credit card on file for all services rendered. The Customer is responsible for updating their payment information if it changes. Discounts and Promotions: Discounts and promotions are subject to change and will be advertised with a specific discount percentage (%) or dollar amount ($) for a specified occurrence (one-time or multi-discount). Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes. Price Changes: Swoop A Doo reserves the right to change pricing. Current customers will be notified in writing 15 days in advance of any price changes. Customers are responsible to notify Swoop A Doo of any changes in number of pets being serviced and and prompt payment of balances due when applicable. Payment Issues: If payment is not received for the upcoming service month, service will be paused until valid debit or credit card information is updated. No refunds or discounts will be given for services missed due to a paused service as a result of a missed payment. The full month’s amount will be charged upon service resumption due to the increased volume of waste pick up and removal.

4. Access to Property The Customer is responsible for providing Swoop A Doo access to the area to be serviced. We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties. Customer has the option to request a wall mount key lock to give Swoop A Doo access to the service area. The wall mount key lock provided is the property of Swoop A Doo and will be returned to Swoop A Doo when a recurring service is terminated.

5. Service Interruptions If a dog displays any signs of aggression, or if any conditions at the property are deemed unsafe for the service technician, Swoop A Doo will suspend that service. Service will resume when safe conditions are met. Rescheduling can be done to make up for the missed service, but no refund will be given in this case.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling The Customer may cancel or reschedule a cleaning service with 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Termination Either party may terminate the service agreement at any moment with written notice. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days

8. Agreement By using Swoop A Doo’s services, the Customer agrees to these terms of service. By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
